7 Simple Steps To A Happy and Healthy Year

Whether you’ve been sick and tired, run down and dragged out OR you’ve made intentional efforts to be happier and healthier in the next year, I’m sure you can appreciate some insights that offer simple steps to getting there.

Recently I presented at a University wellness event in Saginaw, MI.  The event was hosted by and offered to it’s staff and students.  What a great effort on the part of Saginaw Valley State University to give attention to two of the most important aspects of each of their lives, offering them help and awareness, leading to higher success in learning and growing when applied.

I’ve included the steps below, as well as notes I’ve collected from mentors of mine who are experts in this field of wellness.
