I come from a background of abuse and trauma. As an adult, I experienced the pain of impending divorce, the despair of a miscarriage, the devastation of unexpected health challenges, and the frustration and void of feeling like I wasn’t walking fully in my purpose.

But rather than stay in that negative place, I committed to taking ACTION and becoming the heroine of my own life.

For the past 37 years, I’ve immersed myself in the personal development world, soaking up books and courses, and traveling to transformative live events. In fact, I’ve invested more than $250,000 in my own personal development, outside of university education.  

It wasn’t always easy. You know how the caterpillar transforms into a beautiful butterfly? Staying in the cocoon can be challenging. Yet the work that is done is absolutely necessary for the butterfly to build its strength and fully form its gorgeous wings . . . so that it can take flight!

Each of us will go through at least one - and often several - life transitions on the journey from one phase to the next. They can feel awkward and uncomfortable, even painful, but they are necessary to grow into the people we are destined to be.

I’ve personally been through multiple life transitions, and each one required both grit and grace to move to the next stage of life.

I analogize this personal development work to being in the cocoon, preparing for your metamorphosis! This study equipped me to build six separate successful businesses (including three based upon residual income), to master maintaining a healthy weight, to weather the storms in my marriage (my hubby and I have now celebrated 32 years together), and to strengthen my success mindset.  I’ve earned multiple certifications in various health modalities, overcome both depression and anxiety, coached dozens of business owners and entrepreneurs to greater levels of success, and am now completely passionate about helping motivated people like you to find your purpose and LIVE IN IT.

Usually, the opposite happens. You see, you’re at the place you’re at now based upon the decisions and choices you’ve made up to this point. Question: I’ve done coaching before, and it hasn’t moved me forward. What is different about your program?

Answer: One of my mentors says, “What got you here won’t get you there.” If you worked with a coach who didn’t help you create transformation, I’m so sorry you had that experience.  It can be tough to tell who’s really sincere in the online space. That’s why I won’t sign on a coaching client without having a discovery call FIRST. We both need to agree that this is the right fit for our coaching to be effective. My program is different from many others due to my experience (ahem! I’ve lived more than half a century), my ability to help you in multiple life areas, including health, business, and relationships, and due to my focus on faith.  There are lots of coaches who specialize in ONE area, but my specialty is building your mental strength and vision so that your success will spread to all the crucial areas of your life.
